School Specialty is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. School Specialty collects information from our users at several different points on our website. We use your information to facilitate the services we provide you in the sale and distribution of products and services that you request. We maintain a file for you, with information obtained from your current and past activities on the site, for use in troubleshooting problems and enforcing our Terms & Conditions of Use. At times, we may look across multiple users to identify problems. Your user ID and password are a contract between you and your school district or purchasing institution and are to be kept private at all times. It is an express violation of the contract between your purchasing institution and Learn360 for you to share your user ID and password with someone who is not a member of Learn360 and legal action will be taken.
